[Colony Leader] Gummi_Bear [35670] : Also don't leave out any probalems that may arrise from your proposal and how you see to limit these issues. 
[Colony Leader] Gummi_Bear [35670] : Though not necessary, good idea to include names/comments of those who support your ideas. 
[Colony Leader] Gummi_Bear [35670] : Be professional as possible. We discuss the proposals merit based on not only the idea itself by the thought and planning that has gone into it. The more prepared you are, the more likely the council will be able to give an answer. 
[Colony Leader] Gummi_Bear [35670] : And althought not always, most of the time I can give the reason for the rejection. If we reject a proposal, that's not it. Revise and submitt again.
