Access rights:
§1.1 The only access page in each hood or block that is to be used is the "Owner Access" page, the only boxes that
should be left checked are the Mayor, Dep Mayor, COM, Com.Ops. and Founder.(In both hood access and block access)
This is to say that the Mayor, Dep Mayor, COM, Com.Ops. and Founder boxes don't have to be checked, just don't
uncheck them if they are checked.
§1.2 In block "Owner Access" pages, the BL should be the owner. The BDs for that block, the ND over that block and
the NL should be the only ones in access.(as long as the access spaces aren't needed for bds) explanation
§1.3 In hoods that have ND clubs for ND access, all NDs should have access through the ND club that is embedded in the
hood "Owner Access" page. (No NDs should be listed in the "Owner Access" page) explanation
§1.4 In hood ND access clubs, the only people with CA access should be the NL, the CD over that hood and the CL.

§1.6 NLs that assign ND access rights through a club must inform the colony staff through the
Service Requests section of this portal or both the addition and REMOVAL of these ND's for titles to be
assigned and removed.
Colony Job Policy
§2.1 Entertainment Colony staff may hold no more than three (3) colony positions. Colony Positions are defined as: Colony Leader (CL), Colony Deputy (CD), Neighborhood Leader (NL), Neighborhood Deputy (ND), Block Leader (BL), Block Deputy (BD) and all varients of those titles. This policy supercedes all other job policies.
§2.2 Grade A positions include Colony Leader (CL), Eplex Chief, Clubs Chief, and Mall Chief
§2.3 Grade B positions include Colony Deputy (CD), Eplex Deputy, Clubs Deputy, Places Chief, Neighbourhood Leader, Neighbourhood Deputy.
§2.4 Grade C positions include Places Deputy, Block Leader, Block Deputy.
§2.5 Entertainment Colony Staff may hold the following positions:
- 1 Grade A, 1 Grade C
- 2 Grade B, 1 Grade C
- 1 Grade B, 2 Grade C
- 4 Grade C
§2.6 Exceptions to this policy may be submitted to the Colony Leader bar from §2.1
Colony Poaching Policy
§3.1 No member of Entertainment staff is to post on other colony boards or colony plazas or Entertainment hood boards
looking for staff or residents.
§3.2 No member of Entertainment staff is to go to people in other colonies or other Entertainment hoods to ask people
to work for them.

Colony Message Board:
The following policies pertain only to the Colony Message Board and does not apply to any other board within the Colony
§5.1 Backpack sales and alike will be left on the board for a period of 1-2 days
§5.2 "Empty" messages that contain no information or content will be deleted immediately.
§5.3 Personal messages directed at one person will be deleted immediately unless congratulatory
§5.4 Mulitple messages unless for a meeting or events will be deleted immedaitely
§5.5 Posts that are not colony orienated may be deleted at the descretion of the colony staff.
Requests to post messages that do not follow the above guidlines can be given to Gummi_Bear for consideration
Note: Exceptions may be made in special cases with the approvals of both the CD and the CL.
Explanations
§1.2 This policy is the same as before except that it gives NLs access to the blocks too. It is
aimed at making their jobs a little easier.
§1.3 This is to ensure that all NDs have the same title. Problems could occur if somebody doesn't
like the "_" in their title... :-)
§1.4 People with CA access in the hood ND access clubs have the ability to hire and fire NDs.
This ability should only be given to NLs. The CD and CL should have the ability to remove NDs from access in case of
emergencies.
§2.x Entertainment Colony Staff are those who hold a position of Colony Leader (CL), Colony Deputy (CD), Neighborhood Leader (NL), Neighborhood Deputy (ND), Block Leader (BL), Block Deputy (BD) within Entertainment Colony. Club positions, being Club Owner (CO) and Club Assistant (CA), are not included in the position tally
§4.1 This is to ensure that BLs know all aspects of the BL job in case they are promoted to ND. I
realize some hoods have specialized NDs for training and hiring, but the BLs need to know how to hire and train bds
and be experienced in it.
